Modular conveyor system

Ryan Plastics are introducing a modular conveyor that has been developed specifically to suit situations which do not lend themselves to expensive fixed purpose built conveyor systems. The conveyor has been manufactured with simplicity in mind. The modular system is easy to install and can be assembled quickly to any length. Constructed from Polyethylene it is available in most colours and with a choice of widths and belt types. Joints between the sections are secured with invisible fixings, this helps to minimise the ingress of dirt and debris and so aids cleaning.

Angled sections are available with variable adjustment from 0° - 60° in 7.5° increments.

Strong lightweight extruded framework.

Adjustable self levelling feet or castors can be secured to the floor.

Concealed motor drive – fixed or variable speed.

Choice of belt widths, type. Plain or with flutes.
